The Algorithms do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. JinzoSystems is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or dealer, and you are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before using any Algorithm in your trading activities.
3. No Guarantee of Profits
Past performance of any Algorithm or trading strategy is not indicative of future results. JinzoSystems makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of the Algorithms. 4. No Automated Trading on TradingView
The Algorithms provided on this website do not execute trades automatically on the TradingView platform, as TradingView does not permit automated trading. To automate trades using these Algorithms, you must independently set up additional software or systems, which is your sole responsibility. JinzoSystems does not provide, support, or endorse any automation software and is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from such setups or their use.
5. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any Algorithm for your financial situation, investment goals, and risk tolerance. Trading involves various risks, including but not limited to:
Market Risk: Losses due to fluctuations in market prices.
Liquidity Risk: Inability to buy or sell an asset at the desired price or time.
Operational Risk: Losses due to failures in systems, processes, or human error.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations that may affect trading activities.
Counterparty Risk: The risk that the other party in a transaction may default.
You assume all risks associated with your trading decisions and the use of the Algorithms.
6. No Liability
JinzoSystems, its affiliates, employees, or agents make no representations or warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or reliability of the Algorithms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JinzoSystems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or capital, arising from the use or inability to use the Algorithms, even if JinzoSystems has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
By using the Algorithms, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JinzoSystems, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Algorithms, your trading decisions, or your violation of this Risk Disclosure or any applicable laws.
8. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Algorithms complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. The Algorithms are not intended for use in jurisdictions where their use would be contrary to local laws. For users in Canada, please note that trading in financial markets is subject to the rules and regulations of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and other relevant authorities. JinzoSystems does not provide investment advice or services that require registration under Canadian securities laws.
9. Usage Restrictions
The Algorithms purchased or accessed through this website are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, transfer, resell, or use the Algorithms for commercial purposes, including but not limited to offering trading services, signals, or managed accounts, without prior written consent from JinzoSystems. If JinzoSystems determines, at its sole discretion, that a buyer has engaged in such activities, access to the algorithms will be immediately terminated without notice. No refunds will be issued, even if the subscription period is not fully consumed. You acknowledge that violation of this policy may result in permanent revocation of access to all JinzoSystems products and services.
10. Consultation with Financial Advisor
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor or professional before engaging in any trading activities. A financial advisor can provide personalized advice based on your specific circumstances and help you understand the risks involved in trading.
11. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Algorithm from JinzoSystems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Risk Disclosure. You confirm that you are aware of the risks associated with trading and the use of the Algorithms and that you are financially capable of bearing such risks. You further acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal and financial advice before using the Algorithms.
12. Refund Policy
Under no circumstances will JinzoSystems issue refunds for any purchases, subscriptions, or services related to our trading algorithms. All sales are final, regardless of whether the subscription period has been fully consumed or the algorithms have been used. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunded policy.
13. Subscription Price Changes
JinzoSystems reserves the right to change the prices of subscriptions or any other services at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and may apply to renewals, unless JinzoSystems, at its sole discretion, decides to grandfather certain subscribers into their existing pricing structure. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the applicable pricing structure.
14. General Terms
By purchasing or using JinzoSystems’ trading algorithms, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure. JinzoSystems reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our algorithms.
